Our workflow for making a coffee
Wake the App, which wakes the machine and start heating.
Weight 18g of beans
Check the previous shots graph to see if any grinder adjustment is required
Grind the beans into the portafilter basket
Place the eWDT tool on to the portafilter and press the button
Remove the eWDT tool and tamp
Fit the portafilter to the machine, place a cup under and press start.
Pour our ~180g of milk into a milk steaming jug
Once the espresso has finished pouring, move the cup aside, remove the portafilter, knock out the puck and rinse the basket.
Flush the group for 3 seconds and wipe the screen with a damp cloth.
Place the milk jug on the HDS, press a button on the app to calculate and set the steaming timer.
Steam and texture the milk, removing the steam tip from the milk as the steam is ending
Immediately wipe the stream wand and tip with a damp cloth and press stop to purge.
Pour the milk into the espresso, sprinkle some chocolate if desired.
Rinse the milk jug, tap the button to put the app to sleep.
Enjoy the coffee.
